Documents: 3 recent consecutive check stubs & W2- 3 monthly bank statements (account #, all but last SS digit redacted- name, date, address, line items visible)- 3 utilities/cell phone bills. 2 references (neighbor, supervisor). Driver license, SS #, employer ID. non-refundable application fee, background/credit. If lease signers bank accounts are separate, each signer will need to provide his set of info.
7. Apply if you will pass references / background / credit checks- less than 3 moves in last 5 years- history of prompt bill payments- credit score greater than 650- bank account(s) showing at least $6000 balance- and absence of felony conviction or eviction.
8. Typical utilities (~$150 mosly/electricity, ~$60/water for family of 3- $45 internet- $25 trash)
9. Tenant trims bushes, HVAC filter change, lawn mowing is included in the rent.
