Income of 3 times the rent does not include overtime hours. In addition to credit check we also run a background check. We don't allow co-signers. We allow Guarantor's for college students only - then the Guarantor would have to qualify and a background check done on the applicant. Non-Refundable Pet Fee $300 under 35lbs / $400 over 35lbs.
