    I’ve had a mixed experience living here. The amenities aren’t great, but I didn’t move in for that, so it doesn’t matter much to me. Management feels a little disorganized, though they’ve handled what I’ve needed. Where I’m most unsatisfied is with the value — I question the tenant screening process since some neighbors raise concerns about the environment and make the place feel like it’s not worth what we’re paying. The location is by far the best part, just a quarter mile from work. Parking is fine, though assigned spaces would be nice. Noise can be frustrating with dogs in the halls and upstairs neighbors who stomp around at night, argue, and set an alarm at 5am that they never wake up to. On top of that, the gates almost never work, and even the building’s door access system goes down, which is hard to believe they can’t fix. The construction itself feels cheap (which is common with new builds these days), but they don’t do a great job hiding it. Overall, I love the convenience of the location but have real concerns about noise, value, and how the property is run.
