Note: Minimum Rental term is one (1) month @ $3,350/mo. Starting 4/1/24. Leases can be cancelled with a $500 administration and 30-day written notice. All rentals include furniture and furnishings, utilities, yard maintenance and basic WiFi/internet- a value of $450/mo. All Leases require 1st Month & Last Month rent + Security deposit of $2,500. Credit check will be required for leases over 2 months. Leases 2 months or less are to be paid in full. An application/credit and criminal check is required. The fee is $45
A dog fee of $350 is required for the 1st pet. There is an additional fee of a $100 for the second pet. These fees are for the duration of your stay.
