My daughter and I have lived here going in 6 years. I was welcomed by Medy, which by the way is a superior employee. I would most certainly consider her for promotion. Maintenance has been overall good with the exception of the leak I had before changing units. I honestly believe the job was beyond maintenance capabilities. I was satisfied with the end result and now reside in a unit I’m very please with. I wouldn’t doubt I did 10 years here. The pool needing tlc and I see it finally getting some attention. I’m very pleased with the new fresh paint, but the breezeway stains are bad even after a regular pressure wash. I feel good here and safe. Overall a 4.5 star. I’d give it a 5 for clean sidewalks and breezeways. In conclusion, very happy living within this community.
