You are also responsible for keeping the pool deck clean. We are looking for a good family to lease this home. We require all tenants to keep their homes neat, change the A/C filter monthly, and promptly report any maintenance issues to us. As long as you keep the home in good condition and pay your rent on time, the owner shouldn't have any issue renewing the lease to you. We work as a team so anyone in the office can discuss viewing arrangements or rental requirements.

You will need stable employment and be able to provide us with your last two months' pay stubs and rental references. We will run a background check, and credit and criminal reports on all applicants. If your credit score is below 650 we require the last month's rent upfront as an additional deposit. Net household income must be 3 times the rent. All adults over the age of 18 must fill out an application.
