Seas the Moment and Enjoy this wonderful 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath Pool Home which is one block from all the restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave and 2 blocks (900 steps!) to the Beach! Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and go 2 blocks to the beautiful sunsets over the Indian River. There is also a park on the walk to the ocean complete with playground equipment, basketball court, and lighted tennis courts. Our home comes complete with a heated pool for relaxing, fully appointed and newly remodeled kitchen, updated bathroom and newly added powder room, master bedroom with super comfy queen size bed, and a guest room that has a full size bed with a twin trundle underneath. There is a roll away bed in the closet. Linens, towels, beach towels, beach gear, bikes, and pool floats are ready and waiting for you. A washer and dryer are located in the garage.
We are dog lovers and understand the joy of traveling with them so as not to worry about them when you’re on vacation. We welcome a small, crate trained dog in our home (sorry, no cats – allergic.) Our yard is not fenced so we walk our dog to do his business. There are lots of dogs being walked in the morning and evenings with most people stopping by the park up the street. Our home is beautifully landscaped which provides a lovely patio on which to enjoy morning coffee or an evening beverage.
We have snowbirds that have rented from us for years, some of whom have made NSB their home and are now our neighbors. It is truly a wonderful place which to enjoy your time in NSB and all that it has to offer so SEAS the Moment!
The monthly rate is $3800 for Jan. - Aug. and Oct. All other months are $3500.
The pet fee is $200
Cleaning fee is $120
Appropriate taxes are collected as well. (12.5%)
There is a $500 refundable security deposit as well.
