A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in a great SE Ocala location with easy commutes to both Ocala and Belleview. A split floor plan with the ideal outdoor space; features a large screened lanai, a huge yard (and we mow it every other week :) and an oversized covered 2-car carport. Indoor Laundry with washer & dryer.

Rental Disclosure:
If this is a pet-friendly home, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 (small breeds). Breed, size, and quantity restrictions apply. All animals must be screened for vaccinations licensing etc.

Rental Requirements:
No smoking or vaping

First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent due at lease signing
$50 application fee per adult (18+)

If this is a single family home the tenant is responsible for utilities and lawn care
