Because The residents are inconsiderate, there's a lot of loud music, and children messing around late at night. The parking lot is small, and there are 'residents' lumped in, without parking permits, and There is no visitor parking, if someone visits you they will tow their car but they won't do it to residents without a parking permit. There has been a change of administration, and there is no sign of a solution to the problems with garbage, gates, parking, etc.Unattended children play with balls in the street, hitting cars, and no one takes responsibility. In addition to having a high income, they provide poor service

When we first moved here. It was a new development and we got pulled in with all the fancy “luxury living” amenities that they promoted. The upscale amenities were at least as advertised (nice gym, plenty parking space, and pool). They have allowed unregistered tenants living along their with relatives or friends, more than 6 or 8 people in 2 bedroom apartments. Unsupervised kids riding motorized bikes on sidewalks at 1:00-200 am andbumping into cars . A good % of the tenants here lack of formal education. They have loud parties past 3:00 ams bikes, skates at 1:00 am to 2:00 am bumping into other people cars.Loud people that rhink their are still living in their countries, drinkibg alcohol and consuming alcohol on the sidewalks and grass spaces like theybwere in a beach. You can see cars coming in and out, like doing ilegal transactions. Young girls and older that do not live here coming in and out of certain apartments. No Security Guard to at least try to control this madness. Other Tenants have reported packages being stolen, cars broken into. Homeless people walking in and oou. Sewer prices for us being only two people 20,000.00 gallons of water a month, each month increases. Some tenants allow their visitir to come and wash their clothes, you can see them carrying hampers and loads of laundry. I will stop now, because there are so many issues that I am to the point of a nervous breakdown.
