Tenants will be responsible for putting the electricity into their name. This home offers a split floor plan. When you walk inside the main bedroom is to the left. It is spacious and features a large walk in closet, a private full bath and access to the screened-in Pool. The other guest bed and bath are on the other side of the home. The guest bedroom has a large walk-in closet as well! Both bedrooms have carpet. A bonus den is off the Living room. The BRAND NEW kitchen is gorgeous- It has been opened up and has New Cabinets, New Countertops, New Backsplash, New Island, New lighting, New flooring! The dining area is off the kitchen. It has access to the pool and ample windows to let in natural light. Washer and Dryer for tenant's use is in the 2-car garage. The screened-in Pool spa (heater excluded) is enclosed and has a large porch area for outdoor cooking! This home is in "the estates" of Beacon Woods Golf and Country Club Community. The community has lots of amenities - clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, community pool and more!
