Residents enjoy FREE heat and hot water, as well as hardwood floors throughout their units. Children can enjoy the outdoors with the onsite playground. Appliances are included, and some units boast full basements with washer and dryer hook-ups, however there is also an onsite laundry facility. There is no application fee.
