This ground floor, bi-level condo is located in walking distance to the boardwalk, downtown, and Wharf. It has recently been significantly upgraded and offers all new flooring throughout.

There is a large primary bedroom and one medium sized second bedroom located upstairs. The primary bathroom has an ensuite with a shower over tub. The secondary bedroom has direct access to the second hallway bathroom, also with a shower over tub.

The unit has washer/dryer in the unit and tons of storage: both bedrooms have generously sized closets, there is a linen closet in the hallway, storage above the side-by-side W/D, which are located in a hallway closet and there is storage space on the patio as well. There is one assigned garage parking spot (which has more room for storage) and there is tons of additional parking on site as well. The community is quiet and well taken care of. The owner pays for water, sewer and trash, the resident is responsible for PG&E.
