Overall rating
We are new renters just moved in 2 weeks ago and we still haven’t had a few things looked at / fixed from our walk trough
If you move here just beaware there are positives and many negatives. In unit laundry and assigned parking is nice. The negative though outweighs the positive. There are skunks raccoons possum and cats that roam around DAILY.. you will see gangs of raccoons and the PM just makes it seem like it’s the residents fault. The Matiance is under staff… they take weeks to do anything and are very unorganized. The girls in the office are unprofessional and un helpful. The price of the apartments are around 2000 and it’s just simply not right for them to not care about the residents. The neighbors are cool but a child got stabbed and two people have been shot since moving here one year ago.. so you no…
