Gross household income to qualify: $7,410.00.
All JTSPM residents must secure renter's insurance with a minimum $300,000.00 policy and add our company as an additional insured. Typical policy cost is $12.50/month.
Resident to be enrolled in the Resident Benefit Package Program (RBP) for $35.00 per month.
