This condo is two levels, made even more spacious feeling by the high ceilings. This unit is close to restaurants and shopping, and is adjacent to Arnett Park. The living room is located near the entry and features a wood-burning fireplace, tile floors, and access to a patio at the rear of the condo. There is a half-bath downstairs. The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar and is also adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is gorgeous, including modern cabinetry, tile flooring, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and access to the garage. Appliances include a refrigerator, self-cleaning gas range/convection oven, a dishwasher, and a disposal. The bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom is spacious, and has a bonus sitting area that could be made into an office, workout area or whatever it is needed for. There are three sets of closets in the master bedroom: a double closet and single closet in the bedroom area, and a double closet in the bathroom vanity area. The bathroom vanity has cabinet storage, and is separate from the shower-over-tub and toilet in the bathroom. There is also a second bathroom upstairs off the hallway by the other two bedrooms. It also has a shower-over-tub arrangement. Down the hall you'll find the other two bedrooms, which are conveniently located adjacent to each other. One bedroom is medium in size, and one is larger. The home has central heating. There is a two-car attached garage with an automatic door opener, and there are hookups for a washer and gas or electric dryer (the existing dryer is gas; no warranty on either washer or dryer). Rent includes homeowner's dues, basic gardening at the front of the house, and sewer. No smoking in this property. Small dog considered.
