Close walking distance to Park School and quaint downtown shops, café's and entertainment: Bungalow 44, Watershed Restaurant, Mill Valley Market, Depot Café, Peet's Coffee and so much more!
Enter a garden of delights (also formally designed by Chambers + Chambers) through the whimsical gate and into a land of topiaries, majestic oaks, and a romantic wisteria arbor. Plus a spacious FLAT yard.

The upstairs living/family room is a "morning glory" with fantastic eastern sun exposure. "Twin" bedrooms each face north and have matching custom draperies. Two walk-in custom closets and built-in bookshelves sit just outside the hall, as does the subway-tiled full bath with shower over tub and pedestal sink.
