They lied. They show you an apartment that isn’t available. The available apartments look totally opposite of what u see. No hardwood floors out of date appliances. Roach smell. Complex is NOISY& DIRTY

after months of ongoing issues and no meaningful resolution, I feel obligated to share my experience. Living at Vicino Apartments has been increasingly frustrating and disappointing. The constant late-night fighting and screaming matches have made it difficult to feel any sense of peace in our own home. There is supposed to be on-site security, but instead of enforcing rules or addressing these disturbances, security guards are often seen hanging out and smoking marijuana with tenants in the parking lot. The lack of accountability is alarming. Safety is a major concern here. I’ve had multiple close calls with unsupervised children racing around on scooters or running through the complex while I was carrying my 10-month-old son. As a pregnant mother, this is incredibly upsetting—not just because of the danger, but because those involved seem to find it funny instead of recognizing the risk they pose. The environment here is also filled with foul language and disturbing behavior, including young children using racial slurs. One neighbor in particular allows her kids to run wild and gets into nightly screaming fights with her child’s father. It’s not the kind of atmosphere anyone should have to tolerate—especially families. To make matters worse, the parking situation has been a nightmare. I’ve been relocated five times and am currently stuck parking in a space assigned to a vacant unit on the opposite side of the complex. There’s been no clear communication from management, and we live in constant fear of waking up to find our vehicle towed. This is especially stressful because our car is set up with car seats, a stroller, and other essentials for our children. I had hoped to raise these concerns privately and see some improvement, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly recommend thinking twice—especially if you’re looking for a safe, family-friendly environment.
