This secluded home offers privacy and stunning tree views. It can sleep up to 6 people, featuring 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, along with an office and loft. A den on the main floor adjacent to a bathroom (can accommodate short-term guests when needed), and an expansive primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the bottom floor. A separate entrance with mudroom and full laundry room is also located on this level.
The main floor features a high-pitched ceiling, wood-burning fireplace, spacious dining area, and a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen.
Blackoak Hideaway sits on the first tier of the lake, offering a short 5-minute walk down to the lake shore. It is conveniently located on the northeast side of the lake, ensuring sunny days all year round. A 10-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, and Blue Jay Village in the opposite direction, and a 5-minute drive to the mini-mart in Cedar Glen. Walking distance to the marina and Tavern Bay. Because of the proximity to the hospital and fire station, the highway in front of the house is always the first to be plowed after a snowfall during the winter months.
Lease Terms:
Minimum 6-month lease, with option for an additional 6 months and then month-to-month thereafter.
Maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
NO SMOKING, or VAPING in or outside of the house due to high fire risk.
No outside fire pits allowed.
1 small potty-trained dog allowed (under 40 lbs, picture required)
NO puppies at the beginning of the lease or during the lease.
No alterations to the space, paint or otherwise.
Fully furnished (specific items negotiable).
