Available August 15. Less than 1 minute walk to the association's pool. New carpet installation in July 2024 for the 3 bedrooms upstairs, and the stairs. The walls and ceiling colors are Swiss Coffee, and all doors, closet doors and upstairs hallway cabinets are painted in Navajo White. All walls in the unit and 3 ceilings have now been fully repainted as of 7/30/26. Also, both bathroom vanities (Navajo White) completed 7/30, and the bathtub was reglazed on 7/20. Handles have been added to all doors, and drawers on both bathroom vanities.

The first floor has LVP flooring installed 6 years ago with followup LVP panels just replaced. New kitchen and dining room cabinets were installed 6 years ago as well. A new water heater was installed 4 years ago. The patio, which is where the front door to the unit is, was also re-painted by 7/30.

The unit was recently professionally cleaned and the carpet and LVP floor will also be professionally cleaned prior to a taget lease start date of 8/15.

The Unit is NOT furnished though 1 dresser is available for your use. The furniture shown is for illustration only.

The Washer (new in Dec. 2025) and the Dryer are in the attached One-car garage. The patio has a table with an umbrella and 3 chairs which shall remain unless you prefer otherwise.. One dedicated spot for parking is also in the parking lot a few short steps from the garage.

The Landlord will bill tenant periodically, such as every 2-4 months, for the actual Gas and Electric charges for the unit. The trash and water fees will also be billed at the same time as the Gas and Electric as these are not included in the rent.
