Why we love our rental home, you ask? We are in a lovely gated community that truly houses a community! I have met the nicest people from everywhere, there are block parties and tons of different clubs and yet, it's a quiet community!
The Santa Barbara style is the MOST sought after design of all the homes and we were willing to get on the waiting list. Our timing was right because we not only have the Santa Barbara design, we also have the corner lot but are also located next to a private walking/hiking path through the marshlands .
Outside our gated community, you will be exposed to the best restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, movie theaters, supermarkets, doctors and schools!
You will enjoy low maintenance and carefree living in a resort-style setting with amenities including two high-end recreation centers, onsite sports courts, 2 pools (indoor and outdoor) and of course, community the will bring your life-long friends.
Exterior Details: Double gable roof and a columned portico, this exterior has serious curb appeal
Interior Details: Optimized for active-adult living at its best with thoughtful design details like wider doorways and hallways for ease of motion. The open-plan Great Room is the heart of the home, while the cozy den is a private retreat.
