-Applicant/ Future Tenant responsible for all utilities. Water/ PGE Bill to remain in the owner's name and billed to the tenant for reimbursement. Upon commencement of construction, any usage by contractor shall be billed as 1 additional person on premises for purposes of allocating the billing ratio.
-Applicant/ Future Tenant made aware and agrees and accepts during the construction period, there will be workers on site making entrance though front yard to backyard, construction noise Monday- Saturday between 8am- 5pm,
-Applicant/ future Tenant shall not have any rights or access to backyard for any reason beyond the newly erected orange barrier in back yard. Outline of what part of yard not included with rent(al) shown on the last image, highlighted in red.
