Large living room and kitchen, gas fireplace in the living room and newer appliances are included. Gas heat, a/c, and price includes sewer and front yard landscape maintenance. The fenced backyard has panoramic red rock views and a gorgeous waterfall feature. Double car garage. Owner will accept a small animal under 15 pounds. Please contact Sedona Rentals for showing instructions. Tenant occupied please do not disturb.
Monthly rent $3200. Tenant to pay all utilities. NO SMOKING allowed in the home or in the garage, NO SUBLETTING OR SHORT-TERM RENTAL ALLOWED. Minimum of 5-7 business days for the application process and preparing the property for a move in.
