RIO VERDE IS A AGE-RESTRICTED 55+ RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY where 80% of the units must have one resident 55+ 20% can be less, but no kids under 18. The unit has a king size bed in the primary bedroom & a queen size in the guest bedroom. Summer rate of $2,000 per month doesn't include all utilities. The winter rate of $4500 per month includes all utilities, electric, water, sewer, Internet, cable TV, & trash removal. The tenant will have access to all amenities, including heated pool, spa, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, & bocce ball courts, card room, billards, hiking, biking, restaurant, post office, & church.
