Renter pays for water, electricity, and internet. Ideal lease is at least 6 months with the maximum being 12 months. After the initial lease period, the lease would transition to month-to-month unless otherwise requested by the renter.
First month's rent and deposit are due at signing. No smoking in the house. Dogs and cats of all sizes welcome. Other pets may be permitted depending on the terms agreed upon by owner and renter. Plenty of parking on site. The property has a long driveway, outbuilding with car storage capabilities, and a two-car garage attached to the house.
All renters will have their credit checked and go through a Washington Tenant Screening Background Check. Renters will be required to submit a valid photo ID, housing references, and proof of funds prior to signing.
The house is surround by green fields, but the renter will only be responsible for the lawn care immediately surrounding the house. Renter is also responsible for proper care of the house and must report issues with the house & property to the property manager immediately.
