$500.00 of the security deposit is required to hold the unit and take it off the market once your application has been approved. This deposit is not refundable should you choose not to take the unit and will become part of the fully refundable $2000.00 deposit at lease signing. We will only hold a unit for two weeks once the partial deposit has been received at which time rent needs to start being paid, and the remainder of the deposit(s) is due.
