Walking distance to a Fairfax county park with pool.
House is built for entertaining - dinners, formal parties, barbecues on the back patio. (Think tasteful parties, not frat house keggers!) We’ve hosted big corporate parties as well as fundraisers for 100+ people. (We don’t have many parties now, but listing as it is PERFECT for someone who needs to entertain for business.)
Use of private/ wooded backyard with firepit, grill, smoker, pond, outdoor furniture, hammock, etc. Lots of nature.
Some personal space for gardening, storage, etc.
