Tenant will pay a flat $100 per month for garbage, water, sewer, gas, and electric. If tenant wants cable/internet they will pay for that.

Tenant will pay a Resident Benefit Pkg of $42 a month. This covers access to the portal, liability insurance, and filter changes.

Tenant will sign a 9 month lease to expire in the Summer but will have the option to renew yearly after that.
