It is a brief 6-minute walk to the Cabriolet Lift at the Park City Mountain Resort which means skiing, hiking, and mountain biking, are just moments away! Residents can also enjoy access to the Redpine amenities that include a clubhouse, 3 pools - one of which is heated for winter use - 2 hot tubs, locker rooms, a sauna, and tennis courts. The condo is easily accessed on the ground level, is nicely furnished, has stainless steel kitchen appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, a covered patio, and a fireplace. Uncovered parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. No pets. No smoking. First month's rent and a $2,000 security deposit are required prior to moving in. Available for a 12+ month lease.
UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, phone (optional), as well as premium cable TV and internet. The owner pays for trash, sewer, basic cable TV, and basic internet (Xfinity). The resident is also responsible for removing snow from their patio. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. The resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.
