Property DescriptionThere is a version of winter in Park City that starts a little differently. Coffee by the fire. Snow outside the windows. A quiet morning surrounded by 2.67 acres of mountain scenery before deciding whether the day means skiing, working from home, or simply enjoying the view. That is the lifestyle waiting at 558 Parleys Road. Available furnished October through May for $6,200/month, this charming log home offers approximately 2,300 sq. ft., 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, beautiful mountain and ski views, and a rare combination of privacy, space, and convenience. Inside, exposed log construction, soaring wood ceilings, radiant heat, and expansive windows create the warmth of a true mountain cabin. A wood-burning stone fireplace becomes the natural gathering place after a day on the slopes. The layout is ideal for spending an entire season in the mountains. Two bedrooms are on the main level, including one set up as a private office with a daybed. Upstairs, the primary suite is complemented by a loft with an additional living area. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, another workspace, and a workout area with a Peloton--plenty of flexibility for family, guests, and remote work. After skiing, leave the gear in the one-car garage, light the fire, and step outside to the brand-new private hot tub while taking in the peaceful mountain setting. The home also features a brand-new washer and dryer and dishwasher. Shopping and restaurants are approximately 10 minutes away, with Park City and area ski resorts about 15 minutes from home. Easy access to I-80 makes Salt Lake City and the airport convenient as well. Best of all, all utilities, snow removal, and hot tub maintenance are included. Bring your skis, your laptop, and your winter plans. The rest is already here.
