The monthly price of $12,000/month is for an annual lease and includes a full Red Ledges Membership. Shorter stays are also available with a 90-day minimum, but do NOT include Red Ledges membership at $10,000/month. All leases include wi-fi, landscaping and snow removal. Home is fully furnished and turn-key.

The home features a single-level, 2-car garage with additional storage space. All three bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms and large closets. (2 kings and 1 queen). The primary bathroom includes heated floors.
