There has been a management change where the original lease is not being honored. Availability of payment options, payment dates, and communication have changed with little advance notice. Although the lease is violated on the property’s end, they continue to have excessive charges for minor resident errors that are not lease violations. Extra charges are often added to rent fees without explanation.
