The property is monitored by a security system with cameras. You'll have street parking access.

A one year lease is preferable but flexible terms are also available for the right person. To ensure I find a good roommate fit for others living at the house I will take care selecting the right person. Non-smoking inside and on the property. Pets are not allowed as there are already 2 dogs on site. Good references, background check and credit history are required.
