The team does not care about residence. I have made a maintenance order for my A/C doing weird things. Instead of sending maintenance out, they marked my order as ‘completed’ and Mr. Erin messaged me with instructions on how to use my A/C unit. I had to call back and Ms. Noam I gave me verbal instructions. I had to tell her to just do her job and send Maintenance out. Sure enough, my unit was broken and a piece needed to be replaced. The office is very clear on not accepting packages for residents, yet we pay for these lockers. Amazon workers must have some vengeance against this property or just my unit. My packages seem to not make it to me . The office says “unfortunately I am sorry”, and there isn’t a procedure in place where the resident who does receive can bring back to the office , because they “do not accept packages”.
Management is super aggressive about the smallest things. The emails sent out come off very argumentative and it’s very frustrating.
