House Rules
Guests will be required to read the House Rules and sign the rental agreement.

Parties/Gatherings
No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance.

Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry.

Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches.

Additional Amenities
Plenty of extra pillows of different sizes and firmness. Extra blankets are included as well. There are self-inflating air mattresses available in all of our listings. Extra lighting options throughout the house.
A crib is available upon request. We currently have over 38 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.

A walker is also available upon request.
