I can’t give a great marks for amenities because there aren’t really any, I think this place would really be lifted. If they would fence the sections between the buildings and make it a little miniature dog parks. They don’t even have to put anything in there. I’ll take a chair and let my dogs run for hours if that was available just a fence from building to building on front and back with a walk-through gate on each side there’s already the dog poop bags there or even in the back where there’s big grassy gaps sense in one of those areas just a small area so I could turn my dogs loose and let them run their circles if they’d like to do. But I do have to mention that when I moved in it was the first time I had ever seen. I’ve never really rented before, but my daughter rents and this is the first time we found the cutest little Santa Claus decoration and a welcome home card and a nice scented plug-in. I thought it was the nicest thing ever. Plus I love the fact that Melissa is good with dogs, even though my dogs decided to be little jerks that day however they were overwhelmed just moving being uprooted from where they’re used to. They were kind of in panic mode. A gentleman had come in earlier and was fixing the toilet and I think it was just too much for them at that time. But Melissa handled it great and was very pleasant. Very nice to talk to gave you a very much comfortable feeling of being a person you could actually call up and say hey this is happening and that she would take care of things. I highly recommend living here the rent a little high for the few things that we get spoiled with like walk-in closets, more cupboards or shelves to place our towels or different items on, etc. little things like that but it’s quiet for the most part. I did also mark that as somewhat good because I don’t have any neighbors on one side of me just yet but on the side that I do have neighbors it sounds like they just tuck and roll up and down the stairs every time they use them, I’m sure they can hear me as well. I can hear when they flush their toilet. I’m just not used to having noises come through my walls unless you live in my home with me ha ha but it’s nothing I can’t get used to. It doesn’t bother me, but you do hear every car that drives past, but that’s not a big deal. For the most part I feel very safe and comfortable. I love that I have grass right outside my front door. If I knew how to get on the Google reviews, I would give Melissa the biggest five star rating.
