This is a lovely second story unit facing the front of the building in a quiet condominium community.

It has a large living room, with a cozy, gas fireplace. The living room also features a wall of windows that lets in plenty of sunshine during the day.

The living room is next to a galley style kitchen with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a high-top bar that seats three.

Next to the kitchen is a dining area with room for a China cabinet or hutch as well as seating for 4 or 6.

There is a laundry room with some extra storage space, however, you need to bring your own washer and dryer.

The guest bedroom and full guest bathroom are across from one other down the hallway. The guest room has two double door closets and a window that looks out onto the patio. The guest bathroom has a sink with a vanity and a tub and shower combination.

The master bedroom and master bathroom are at the end of the hallway. The master bedroom is extremely large, with a sitting are that is perfect to use as a home office, or a reading nook. The master bedroom also has 2 walk-in closets – one that is very large and one that is a bit smaller, and a third linen closet outside the master bathroom.

The master bath features a very large vanity area with two separate sinks. There is a separate shower and a huge corner tub large enough for two people.

There also a large storage area at the top of the stairs that can be used for coats, luggage, sporting equipment or a large pantry.

The entire condo has new neutral carpet as of last April and features a neutral wall color throughout.

My favorite feature of this condo is the screened in porch. It is large enough for a couple of rocking chairs as well as a small bistro table and chairs if you like to eat outside. A perfect place to sit and read or do work.

Although the condo neighborhood is not designated as a retirement community, it does attract a lot of active retired folks. It is mostly condo owners – 80% owners and only 20% rentals. It is very quiet at night so if you are a late-night loud person, this would not be a good fit for you.

However, if you are single, or a quiet couple, this might be a perfect place for you. The neighbors are friendly and willing to help one another out. They occasionally have social gatherings put on by the homeowner’s association, which is a nice way to meet your neighbors.

The rent is $1800 per month due on the first of every month. There is also a security deposit of $1500 and a background check required. A full year lease is required by the HOA so no short-term rentals are allowed.

You are responsible for your cable, internet, and electric bill. The HOA dues are paid by the owner and cover your trash, water, and maintenance of the common areas and exterior of the building. There is also a monthly pest control included in the HOA dues.

If you are active and like to golf, play tennis or swim, this community has options for all of that within walking distance. Legend Oaks Golf Course is an 18-hole, public course that has a driving range and a Bistro. There are tennis courts if you want to sign up and join a team or take lessons. There are two swimming pools in the neighborhood. The closest one you join through Legend Oaks Clubhouse and the other pool is Palmetto Forest Pool, which is a bit farther from the condo, but a bit larger and is a saltwater pool. None of these are included, but it’s very convenient if you like to do those things.

One of the downsides is no pets allowed. To be very clear - No dogs. No Cats. No random pets. No exceptions. So, if you don’t have any pets, or don’t plan to get any pets while living here, this is a very nice, highly sought after unit in a relaxing, safe neighborhood.
