It is near Hannah Penn School and Girard Park. there is off-street parking for 2 cars and cement patio in the rear. Washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for easy access. The 1st floor has living room, dining room and kitchen. Cement basement for storage. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The 3rd floor is an attic bedroom.
