IMPORTANT NOTICE: Upon approval of your application, we will send you a copy of our Residential Lease which would need to be signed, and all required rents and deposits must be paid within 48 hours. If said funds are not remitted within 48 hours, then the Residential Lease offer will automatically rescind, and your offer of tenancy will no longer be approved; thus, we will continue processing other applicants. IN SUMMARY, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED FUNDS AVAILABLE, you should reconsider completing this application as we cannot hold any property while move-in funds are gathered.
