    parking situation is terrible, park is super small and they have many rules about kids playing outside. Management has been unprofessional numerous times and seems to be highly unqualified. Very noise, maybe cause walls are super thin. We have a tiny room for gym with minimal equipment, and no pool/package lockers etc like other complexes do. Overall I would rather live in any other new apartment complex in Woodburn than PVA. for what it’s worth, we knew we wanted to move in within the first week of our lease, and our minds haven’t changed since.
