Property DescriptionThis 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in Sandy is move-in ready and easy to love. Laminate flooring runs through the kitchen, dining, and living room, so the main living space feels open and holds up well to daily life.
In the kitchen you'll find quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and an electric stove -- clean, modern, and low-maintenance.
Heating and cooling is handled by central forced air with an efficient heat pump, so comfort doesn't come with a big utility bill. Out back there's a covered patio, good for morning coffee or evening dinners.
The garage comes with an EV charger already installed, a real plus if you're driving electric or thinking about it.
Come see it in person -- homes like this in Sandy don't sit long.
