Failure to report a pet to management, providing false information within the PetScreening portal, or not renewing the annual service will result in a $500.00 fine. Tenant certifies, to the best of their knowledge, that any dog(s) residing on the premises have no history of aggressive behavior, including biting incidents, and agrees to immediately notify the Landlord of any such behavior that may arise during the lease term.
