Available now. $1000/month $500/deposit. Free WIFI/Internet and all utilities included. Located on Homestead Dr, Franklin Ohio. We do not accept Section 8 or housing vouchers at this time. There is NO washer/dryer onsite, but there is a laundromat a few miles away. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but you can smoke outside on the deck. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol of any kind allowed on premise, violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. You will have your own private deck with outside TV/Roku and access to Blackstone Grill. Room includes: TV/Roku, bed, couch, kitchen island, silverware, plates/cups, cooking utensils, Pot/Pan, Dorm Fridge, Hot plate, Microwave, and Air Fryer. Bathroom is fully stocked with linens and essentials. Amenities include: Essentials (Kitchenware Bath ware Linens) Starter toiletries (toilet paper soap shampoo etc.) Kitchen Essentials (plates utensils pots/pans etc.) Starter Kitchen Essentials (dish soap paper towels sponge etc) Smoke Detector Carbon Monoxide Detector Free Parking on Premises Designated Parking space.
