Located in historic Upper Montclair, our neighborhood is one of the few that is walking distance to both the train and the bus, with a 5-min walk to the Montclair Heights train station, offering a 55-min ride to Penn Station (34th Street, midtown) and a 40-minute bus ride to Port Authority station in Times Square (42nd St.)

The ground-level studio has a private entrance and a powder room (sink + toilet.) The full bath is upstairs. Though the facilities are shared with our family, we're out most days so you'll have the tub and shower to yourself during the day.

The studio is located in the heart of Upper Montclair, walking distance to the trails of Mills Reservation — run, hike and walk your dog in a deep nature preserve where you will regularly see deer.

House-trained, well-behaved pets are welcome. This is an ideal property for pets and their owners, with a private entrance and access to outdoors.

Besides its convenient access to Manhattan, the NJ Transit line goes to other points in New Jersey, including Newark, Secaucus, and stops along the Jersey shore. The town of Montclair offers every amenity you could ask for, from restaurants, shops, boutiques, breweries and coffee houses, to pet-friendly establishments such as grooming studios and a dog park. With three separate business districts in town, cultural events abound including The Montclair Film Festival, The Montclair Art Museum, Art in the Park, The Wellmont Concert series, Story Slams, parades, live theater and musical events.
