The main floor of the apartment has a welcoming living room/dining room, fully stocked kitchen with built in booth, full size washer/dryer, large bathroom with tub/shower combo, a bright and sunny bedroom wtih queen size bed. Living room leads directly to a large second floor porch to enjoy sunny days and quiet evenings. Make your way to the 3rd floor for very large bedroom with king bed and a small bonus room ideal for an overnight visitor, yoga or exercise room or quiet work space. All rooms have individual central air units. On street parking, 2 beach badges, multiple SMART TVs, and wifi. Quiet housebroken dogs considered with pet rent. $2300 per week for July or August. BOOKED for JUNE. $500 ref sec dep & $200 cleaning fee. Absolutely no smoking/vaping/candles on property. Inquire about other dates. TWO (2) WEEK MINIMUM PREFERRED.
