Looking for a place to shack up in New Brunswick? Last semester got rough, so I got two rooms up for grabs on Delafield St. Youll have your own bedroom and an office, but lets face it, were both here to have a good time, am I right?

The house is located next to Easton Ave, so if youre a student, youll love the convenience. College Ave Gym and Student Center are just a quick walk away. Youll have quick access to Daniels Pizza, (as reviewed by David Portnoy), Scarlet Deli, and Knights Convenience. We like to keep the house clean and even have some third-party folks who deal with the trash and yard work.

Im looking for a chill dude aged 18-25, preferably attending Rutgers, but honestly, anyone whos cool can hit me up. Bonus points if youre a sports fan, but its not a deal-breaker. As long as youre a good vibe, well get along just fine.

Im discounting my room to sublet it at this price per month. Plus utilities: a $20 water, $20 internet (900 megabit down and up), and a typical $40-60 electric/gas bill. The house has got a furnished living room with a 65 inch TV for watching games and movies. You and your friends can park without being ticketed in the double width driveway.
