There are 4 fully furnished rooms available (2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor in a beautiful house on 1.4 acres. Accommodations include a queen bed, a desk, a dedicated fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee machine. There are 2 bathrooms. Each bathroom serves 2 bedrooms when fully occupied- most of the time, you will have it to yourself. Wifi available.
If you need, we can provide bedding, towels, and pillows- you are responsible for your own laundry - additional cost. Bring your own pots and pans, utensils, plates, glasses, and cookware.
You will love the tranquility, proximity to downtown Clayton, hospitals, restaurants, places of worship, and shopping. Enjoy a coffee on the back porch, walk, run, or bike the beautiful neighborhood.
Enjoy beautifully decorated social spaces to read a book or for some quiet time. Security cameras are in common areas. Parking is available.
The Triangle and Raleigh-Durham airport are within 20-30 minutes. Stays of 30 days + preferred.
A background check and credit screening are required. Security deposit of one month required.
