I bought this home out in Siler City on around multiple acres and it's way too big atm for just me. So I will be renting out the main bedroom area upstairs in my house while I live in the connected adjacent guest house.

This is a shared living situation in Siler City. I have 3 of the 4 available rooms rented. You will still be sharing a downstairs living area (kitchen, den, etc) with myself as well as the other tenants.

Also these are single occupancy rooms. So with that said no couples unless renting it out completely. Nothing personal against couples just with it being a shared space I would just prefer it.

The Master bedroom with private bathroom is taken with 2 of the remaining smaller rooms. The other rooms will share the other 1.5 bath. It will be 700 a month due to the large size of the room, closet, and the private bathroom, smaller rooms are 500.

Water/ Garbage are included
The electric bill as well as the maid service is split equally between all inhabitants each month.
