This pet-friendly duplex is mere minutes from some of Asheville's best shopping and entertainment opportunities, including Downtown Asheville. The duplex is divided among two stories, with living room, kitchen, and guest bathroom on the lower level, and the bedrooms and full bath located upstairs. A laundry closet with W/D hookups is also located on the upper level. The kitchen is outfitted with an electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stainless-steel sink, and beautiful stone counters. Mini-splits are located throughout the home to allow custom comfort year-round. Water, sewer, garbage, and internet services included. Pets welcome, up to two (2), with refundable $250 deposit per pet. Sorry, no co-signers. All Iron Creek Properties residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) via Second Nature for $11.95/month, which provides liability insurance. This fee is waived if tenants provide evidence of private insurance to Second Nature.
