Beautiful Spacious 3 Bedroom Condo - This is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo in a highly desirable neighborhood off of Story Mill Rd near the Bridger Creek Golf Course. You'll be minutes from hiking trails, dog parks, and Bridger Bowl.

Inside the home there are high vaulted ceilings that bring in an abundance of natural light and large windows with views of The Bridger Mountain Range. All of the carpet is brand new, replaced October 2019. On the main floor there is a dining room, kitchen, powder room with washer/dryer hook ups to allow for a second laundry room, and a master suite. Up the stairs you'll find a loft space, 2 bedrooms - each with their own walk in closets, one full bathroom and an upstairs laundry/utility room with a Washer/Dryer included. A 2 car attached remote activated garage is included.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities - trash, electric, gas. The home is heated with gas radiant heat and there is no A/C. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. The HOA covers lawn mowing.

Cats are not allowed. Dogs are allowed with an additional $500 deposit - breed restrictions apply. No smoking allowed on the premises - Sorry, this is not negotiable.

All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance. Tenants will need to pay $9.50 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance.

Minnick Management Inc. runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we look into rental history and call current/previous landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Minnick can ask for a co-signer. Also if you do not have rental history, you will need a co-signer.
