Moving can be expensive, Pro X offers a way to reduce your up-front costs. With our Deposit Installment Program, eligible residents can spread their security deposit amount over monthly installments added to rent, instead of paying it all at move-in. This keeps your initial move-in costs low while still building your refundable security deposit each month. A monthly administration fee applies, and installment payments follow normal rent payment guidelines.
How It Works (simple explanation):
• Your required deposit is divided into equal monthly installments over your lease term.
• Each month, a portion goes toward your refundable deposit, plus a small admin fee.
• Your deposit balance is fully refundable at move-out, just like a standard deposit.
Program Requirements:
• Approved Pro X application
• Minimum 580 credit score per applicant
• Minimum 12-month lease
